Cleaning instructions Zeno-Protect Clean-Off-Zones

Zeno-Protect Super and Solution provide an effective method to control walked-in dirt and water. With use the Zeno-Protect Super and Solution Clean-Off-Zones become soiled. For Protect Super/Solution to remain efficient the collected dirt has to be removed.
Maintenance is vitally important.

Recommended procedure
Daily – thoroughly vacuum to remove grid, sand and dust. Vacuum cleaners equipped powerful suction and a rotating brush to agitate the pile are most effective in dealing with this task. The vacuum cleaner must be in good working order. A vacuum cleaner is only effective on dry soiling.

Periodically – to remove grease and other sticky substances a water extraction machine is required. Heavily soiled areas should be pre-treated. It is important to remove residues of soiling and detergents: such residues can contribute towards shortening the soiling-cleaning cycle.

Protect Star is available both backed and unbacked (open structure). For cleaning the unbacked Protect Star can be rolled back to remove the dirt. The backed Protect Star can be cleaned using high pressure water. To remove grease and other fatty substances use a detergent in combination with high pressure water.

Manufacturers Instructions
When machines and chemicals are used the instructions of the manufacturers must be closely followed. Do not use solvent based detergents.
