DECLARATION ABOUT REACH
Zeno-Protect B.V. communicates to its customers and business partners that:

In our production cycle, we use only raw materials (polymers, additives, pvc, plasticizers, masterbatch. etc.) acquired by suppliers belonging to the European Community that, in compliance new REACH rules, are pre-recording their products. We have no imports of any raw materials from outside the EU countries. As defined in previous two points, we are included in the category that Reach rules identifies as "downstream users" so, therefore we haven't the obligation to make any pre-registration. We are constantly monitoring activities of our suppliers about the performance of duties in the matter of Reach.
